[Busmanagers] Late/Sick & Visitor Passes

We have a visitor's book and issue numbered badges (hard plastic) which
are recorded in the book - sign in and out - badges were from Cannon
Promotions - 9846 7277.  By having the numbers on them we can see the
last person to use a badge if it goes missing.

We have a sign out book for students leaving the school - State Supply -
parents fill in form and take it to the classroom when collecting
children.

We don't have a late book - parents just take the children to the
classroom but must speak to a teacher.
