Hi Tracey

 

We have chosen to treat our Senior Formal as a fundraising activity
which is then input taxed as so we use the fundraising codes 74101 for
revenue and 89104 for expenditure.

Good Afternoon,

We were implemented to Cases 21 F on 1/8/05. I have a graduation Ball
which is conducted yearly we used to code this as a Special Event and in
the new Chart of Accounts there is not Special Events in Expenditure.  I
would be interested to know how other schools now code there Special
Events like the Graduation Ball.
