[Busmanagers] Student Teacher Supervision

Hi All,
 
Does anybody know if there were any regulations put out regarding
payment (or non-payment) to Leading Teachers for Student Teacher
Supervision.  Most of the schools I have worked out have not paid
Leading Teachers for this but I am not sure whether this was just
specific school policy.
