Hi everyone, could someone help me regarding EMA.

 

  I have a family that has 3 children who claimed the ema for the 1st
half.  Since then one child has left the school, went to dads to live
and the other 2 have gone to a parent each also. 

 

 The mother claimed for the three last half is now only claming for 1
child in her care.    I have done a 743 update that now has the child
that left the school of our books, but how do I just claim for the one.
If I pull up the previous record it now shows that 1 child has left but
the other two are active, do I delete the other one,  hopefully that
doesn't delete them totally, as the dad may well come in and put in a
form  for the other child.  Can anyone help me.  There doesn't seem to
be a FAQ question for this scenario.
