Receipts have been allocated to incorrect charge - how are people
dealing with this?  If we follow the instructions in Finance Update #10
then it will only show on the 'charge by charge type' report as a
credit.  Then there is the dilemma of which credits are for deletion of
a charge and which are for 'cash'.
