[Busmanagers] SSO Salary rates

I have just been on the website to try and download the new salary rates
but they are showing the rate from April 2005 and ot the November one.
I have spoken to town and they are now aware of the problem and will fix
it hopefully by tomorrow.  I did say that I would let everyone know so
that they did not receive millions of calls.  They are on to it and will
fix it ASAP.  Have a great day everyone.
