[Busmanagers] new enrolment forms

[Auburn Primary School]

Our best solution was to copy them onto single A4 pages clipped together
with a paper clip.  When they are returned we rearrange the pages so the
students details are on the front and the parents contact details are at
the back reversed and we file them in an A4 sheet protectors and we can
see the important information without having to leaf through the whole
document.

Hi All

 

Can anyone please help.  We are looking at the enrolment forms for next
year - its 12 pages  !!!! If anyone has any suggestions or ideas on how
to reduce the enrolment form to something that is more manageable to
both parents and school staff we would be pleased to hear from you
URGENTLY.

 

Is there anything that we can delete, or any suggestions on the format
etc.
