Subject: FW: Grain Quality Technical Workshop

Dear all

Please find attached information about the up-coming Grain Quality
Technical Workshop - how quality affects your beer and bread. Two
workshops will be held one in Adelaide on 22-23 July 2010 and the other
in Ballarat on 5-6 August 2010.

This two day event investigates on farm storage, maximising quality
through agronomy, understanding how factors such as black point and
frost affect quality, markets for wheat and barley, quality for stock
feed and meeting the needs of processors. The first day of the event
features grain quality experts such as Dr John Black, Peter Botta, Dr
Steve Jefferies and Gerard McMullen. On the second day we will jump on
a bus and head to Coopers Brewery, San Remo and the Viterra labs (in
Adelaide) and Allied Mills and Viterra (in Ballarat).

Further information plus the rego form are attached. Places are limited
so its first in best dressed.

Please contact me if you would like any additional information (full
program etc).

Cheers
Belinda

P.S. Apologies for any cross posting
