[Agriculture and Horticulture ] software in Ag-Hort

Hi everyone,

 

My teaching and learning focus PD group is looking at suitable software available in technology subjects. Does anyone have some really good software (free or otherwise) that you use in secondary agriculture or horticulture classes. I would like to have my students use 2 or 3 different types of software - for example feed cost ration calculations, pasture growth, paddock records, financial records, etc. At the moment I only use the Gallagher website for electric fence design, and a very small feed ration cost analyser that I wrote myself.
