I found this really interesting, powerful Wiki called TiddlyWiki. It is a self contained HTML file that can be used on the server or off-line and can be easily saved on a USB stick. I think ideal for use in U302 as the HTML file can be adapted in the student website and would demonstrate collaborative team work (journal entries can be added by anyone and saved).
 
I've attached a brief guide as a Word file and also, I'm attaching the downloaded HTML file, still with the original downloaded filename, which I've modified to show you how it works.
