tedious process which you seem to have to do one at a time, and which is even
more involved if you are trying to format a percentage!!! Why does
software have to be *improved* to be so much less user friendly for common,

where the mailmerge data is placed can be formatted to 1 decimal place (or
whatever). It happens to me all the time when I create individual
Mathematics assignments by mailmerging Excel data into a Word master
