allows students to build </span>Mobil Phone Apps which can be tested on a phone or an emulator. However we don’t seem to be able to use it for security reasons</span><span style="font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">, because to run this app you need admin
access to the local computer which students don't have. In addition access to command prompt is restricted hence students cannot run the batch file to start the emulator.
