Yes, the department gives us a 100Mbps pipeline, and our service provider gives us a trickle of data along it.<br>It's like being given a new 8 lane freeway and a mule to use on it. <br>We alleviate things by having an ADSL connection to a 'real' ISP for the techies to use for their BIG data transfers...<br>
