<p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt" class="MsoNormal">Yes, the department gives us a 100Mbps pipeline, and our service provider gives us a trickle of data along it.<br>
It's like being given a new 8 lane freeway and a mule to use on it. <br>
We alleviate things by having an ADSL connection to a 'real' ISP for the techies to use for their BIG data transfers...<br>
<br>
It's a shame that many of these good data sources can't be downloaded or even cached.

Maybe try to find a data source which you can store locally?</p>
