between AS2 and 3, AS 3 is more strictly typed and follows a similar syntax to
Java in that it has become a pretty much “pure” OO (object oriented) language.
I think it could be confusing to teach AS3 in place of AS2 as the commands and
structures have changed considerably from one language to the next.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
