<DIV dir=ltr><FONT face=Arial color=#000000 size=2>VCAA doesn't have the nominal hours yet, so can't make a decision about which units they will go with. They have to choose them, in part, to fit with the school time available - 400 hours approx over two years.</FONT></DIV>
