[VELS] Quick Vic/Markbook Reporting Administrative Timeline

(grin) the fun starts this Wednesday. I have to start configuring the copies
of Markbook on the teacher laptops to hook into the update server, then
figure out the interim report template. Whilst the USB keys have probably
served us well, time to move onto using the update sever .. wish us luck!
