<P class=MsoNormal>Don’t miss out on the Douglas McManus Textiles workshop at
the DATTA Vic conference. This year he will give participants a hands-on
opportunity to explore laser technology specifically for textiles.

<P class=MsoNormal>Participants will learn the parameters of laser cutting and
engraving, perforation and thermo moulding techniques, set up
requirements/restrictions, design exploration and suitable materials
/substrates. The outcome is to produce artwork that is accurate and with the
ability to be sent directly to laser cutter machinery for cutting and engraving
onto fabric. Ideal for teachers who incorporate textiles or paper in art/ design
based curriculum. <o:p></o:p></P>
