We don't have to worry about such things because there is only me here on
the coal face.<br><br>
I reckon that if you have enough work for 2 techs you need to have a
third to cover the record keeping needed so that the other tech(s) know
what's going on. Another school near here has about twice the number of
students/computers to look after, and yet they have about 6 in the IT
centre - we have 1.2 plus the network manager. They keep very good
records. You have to work out the true cost of 'efficient
management'.<br><br>
