<p class="MsoNormal">The shortage was discussed in a recent DLTV newsletter
with some horrid stats and an alarming trend. Increasingly, many of those
teaching computing or digitech, are now teaching “out of field”. Some are doing
a remarkable job despite this. </p><p class="MsoNormal">Victoria is not alone and it is happening in all states. We are seeing the same thing happening with subjects
