<p class="MsoNormal">I'm not sure whether other councils have similar offerings, but it's worth a try. I've learnt heaps via Lynda courses over the years.<br>

P.s. My library also has free online access to stacks of mags like <i>Choice</i> and
<i>Australian Personal Computer</i> (which I've been reading since 1981)<o:p></o:p></p>
