<p>We seem to be having issues with students using a Mac to use Visual Basic, which I know was written for Windows. Apart from installing a Windows shell is there another way to run VB on a Mac?</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span>May seem like an obvious one, but as the solution is compiling and it can’t be an error perhaps the Solution Explorer window is not open. I’ve had some students panic when they’ve mistakenly closed it.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Hi! I needs some assistance with the new VS 17. I'm struggling to find a solution to a common problem where the design view of forms disappears and we can only see the code that runs it. The solution will run ok, but the WYSIWYG design
view disappears. Not all students are experiencing it, but enough of them to make it frustrating for them to have to restart their interface designs.</p>
