<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">A couple of questions that have been rolling around in my head for a while now revolving around the Privacy and Data Protection Act and Health Records Act 2001, particularly
which one relates to a state government hospital. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The hospital collects personal information on the patients – therefore it’s covered by the PDPA, but if that information is collected as a part of the health care information
of a patient, then my understanding is it’s covered by the HRA.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
