any reference to this legislation? Yes - there is the Vic Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilites Act 2006 (which was in the previous study design - and is also *strangely* mentioned in the glossary). But in Unit 4, Outcome 2, it lists this one and not
the 2006 one.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
