This one is a bit of a head scratcher - and it may just be because I've been head down in the legals for the new study design and my head is swimming a bit!! I can't however find any reference to this legislation? Yes - there is the Vic Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilites Act 2006 (which was in the previous study design - and is also *strangely* mentioned in the glossary).
