<div>Hope you are having a good break! This one is a bit of a head scratcher - and it may just be because I've been head down in the legals for the new study design and my head is swimming a bit!! I can't however find any reference to this legislation? Yes
- there is the Vic Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilites Act 2006 (which was in the previous study design - and is also *strangely* mentioned in the glossary). But in Unit 4, Outcome 2, it lists this one and not the 2006 one.</div>

<div>There is some inconsistency between the glossary and the KK point in Unit 4, Outcome 2 - so I am going with the KK point as being THE definitive statement....</div>
