Late Friday afternoon the texts arrived and I quickly got some of the initial orders in the mail before close of business. I worked all weekend to pack up orders which are all being posted today – both school orders and individual orders placed via my website. Everyone should receive the text by mid-week (metropolitan) and certainly by the end of this week for regional orders.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Thank you for your patience with this delay and I trust you will be happy with the final product.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>On another note, I did receive quite a few queries from both teachers and students about the necessity of producing a 2<sup>nd</sup> edition.
