<p class="MsoNormal">I’m hoping a few schools may be able to help me (trying not to reinvent the wheel) – we are looking at introducing a standard VCE coversheet for all school-assessed coursework. I know some schools use them and I know that some teachers
have their own ‘standard’ coversheet for all assessment. I’m also aware that some schools have a standard SAC information sheet that would be handed to students two weeks before the assessment as their guide to the SAC.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">If anyone has a school version of any of these documents that they could share with me I would be greatly appreciated, pdf would be fine – I have started to develop one so would just like to do some cross checking.</p>
