without looking at the code it is guesswork but perhaps you aren't including the sound files with the exe when you distribute?<br>

ie if the sound files reside in the bin folder with the exe you would have coded something like:<br>
My.Application.Info.DirectoryPath & "\yourfile.wav"<br>
<br>
Then when you distribute the exe, the relevant files must be copied into the same folder as the exe.<br>
<br>
(There are much better ways to do this too!)<br>

<p class="MsoNormal">I’ve had my students making programs that include sound and multiple forms. The programs work fine within VB, but when it comes to compiling them so that we can give them to some users to test as an executable the primary form works, but
the sounds won’t work and the other forms won’t open.</p>
