<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">In a nutshell, there is a two-stage process for each unit. Stage 1 involves schools completing an online survey (due 16 March). A review panel will consider
the survey responses and determine if the school proceeds to Stage 2 – this is where schools must provide further evidence such as the assessment tasks and student work. Based on this evidence schools will then be informed as to whether their evidence meets
or does not meet the audit requirements.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">Schools will then be notified as to whether they will be audited in Unit 4 – some new schools may be included, and schools audited in Unit 3 may or <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">may not be required to undertake the same two-stage process in Unit 4.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

When do people get notified for audits in 2012? I ask this because I was told by another teacher they are going to be audited for their IT subject unit 3/4 by VCAA, and was told a few days ago. According to VCAA people get notofied in May 1.<br>
