Question C9<br><br>It must be big enough to let the parking officer "enter the car's <b>number plate</b> into their mobile phones."<br>That means their mobile phone must be about 30cm long and 12 cm wide. And they'd need a good set of screw drivers to get the plates off the cars.<br>
