<p class="MsoPlainText">This is not a solution (sorry!) - just some advice. For the record, the publishers of the text that David Dawson are I wrote have been equally frustrating in this regard. I think if you pose your questions to this list, then Mike and/or
Therese might be able to answer you directly.</p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">For next year, I will be publishing an SD text - and support materials and SACs will all be available via my site without a password (just by registration), as I know how annoying this can be!</p>
