But a programmer that designs software without a grasp of networking and firewalls is basically useless, imagine the potential security holes that could occur with a program in PHP or perl... <BR>
Even that said, how much of the course can be translated to industry really - no I mean TRULY. <BR>

I think that networking and programming should be interlaced as many games and applications are used via networks... seems a little stupid to exclude them...<BR>
