color:#1F497D'>One of the reasons that I included the bit about the lengthy
licence agreement is that it has been shown (and I am not sure of how to prove
this…) but lengthy licence agreements like this don’t hold any weight in a
court of law as they are highly unethical. Now – I know that unethical and
illegal and two different things (and this is what makes a good discussion
point), but there was a legal case where a court in the US ruled that it was
unreasonable for the user to be expected to read such as lengthy agreement and
then ruled in the favour of the user.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
