I am assuming you are using the Express edition as the control is not shipped with this version, full versions should already come with the control installed.<BR>

Run the command prompt (administrator mode if using VISTA) and type cd C:\WINDOWS\system32<BR>
<BR>
Then regsvr32 mschrt20.ocx<BR>

In VB .NET environment go to :<BR>
<BR>
Projects|Add Reference|COM and select Microsoft Chart Control 6.0<BR>
<BR>
You should now have the MS Chart control.<BR>
