in talking to my students, this has created some confusion regarding what the
missing entity should be. Many of my students felt that ‘Customers’
would have been the correct answer under other circumstances, however, as ‘Drivers’
were also described in the case study as providing data to the system (in a
similar way to the Bakers), they felt that ‘Drivers’ was correct. What
do others think about this?<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

(1,1), (1,2) and (1,3).<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
