Daresay the settings for internet explorer are either 1. set to not
bypass the proxy for local addresses or 2. your setting are pointing
to proxy config file (ie a .pac file) that does not list local host
in the proxy exceptions. Either way the browser is looking
externally for the localhost ip I suspect.<br>

At the end of term 3, my school got a new internet service
provider. Server2go stopped working. <br>
