[php] saving to files in easyPHP

Sorry, got it. An easy to install WAMP server.
It would have to do with permissions.
On xampp you get an error when you try to create files and save them until
you change permissions for the web server folder you are saving to. I expect
Server2Go has permissions already set for saving of files.

When I use Server2go, I can create and append to an external file. The 
code works. No problem.

In easyPHP, however, I cannot. No file is created. Yes, I have checked 
that the files are in the folders and all are in the www directory.

Any suggestions?
