Don't laugh, we used Moodle to add up house points etc. Just create an assignment and the house leader drops in a mark. For awards, we just create and publish a web page from an export from the spreadsheet used to create the mail merge. I found too many changes and adjustments and tweaks between years to worry about a custom database (such as split awards, joint awards, special awards, no award etc .. sigh)<br>
