This year we subscribed to an online PD service that can handle this for your staff. Over the last two years I had some fun making a small flat database that we simply used with Moodle. It now think that it would be easy enough to do something similar with Google Docs using their free form -> spreadsheet feature.<br>

I am wondering if there is a way to implement access control within an<br>
MS Access database.<br>

We are trying to keep track of staff pd hours.<br>
So a staff member accesses the database and updates how many hours and<br>
what the topic was then submits to a central location.<br>
The pd coordinator can then access the data and print it of.<br>
Staff are only able to access there own records. The pd coordinator can<br>
access all the records.<br>

The school has asked for a access based solution but I am also<br>
relatively sure it can we done Php Mysql, but not fully sure of how.<br>
Any ideas on either option would be fantastic.<br>
