Hi all

I've been running Moodle for a couple of
classes for 18 months without a problem on a MAC. However, we've NEVER done a
backup!!

The Techie who set it up has moved on and I'm not sure how to go
about backing up. The new techie has lost the very good 'brown-tree' book on
Moodle.

Anyone with help? I've checked the Moodle backups docs and I
don't understand it all - although the Techie might.
<BR
