I stumbled across a small
kairosnews blog entry that mentioned a students thoughts about using
Blackboard at his institution. Some mention of Moodle too. His observation was
that using Blackboard ineffectively was more detrimental to his learning
experience than not using it at all. I found one comment interesting.

on-line world built of pipes and tubes. I still wonder how many teachers are
making the mental change towards a read-write Internet? Are their courses more
than just a static display of good learning practice to hang the students from?

--
Roland Gesthuizen - ICT Coordinator - Westall Secondary College
http://www.westallsc.vic.edu.au
