Hi all,

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I'm just seeking clarification and perhaps a fresh perspective... Can Google Sites classify as a web authoring tool for the purposes of IT Applications? And for that matter, what about other web-based platforms
like Wix and Weebly?

Thanks.
