Ensure the teacher has lots of experience in both subjects - I have heard that "the teacher needs to be highly experienced" - but everyone's different of course - you can get a first year teacher out that's super competent and hard working. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">2. Make certain provisions such as reduced yard duties, etc.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">3. <div>I have been teaching Year 11 and 12 IT for a few years now and they have always been separate classes. Unfortunately for 2015 it looks like the numbers have decreased and I have been given a combined Year 11 and 12 IT class (Year 12 IT Apps).
Was just wondering for those that have done this before, can you please give me advice or guidance on how you made this work. </div>
