<p class="MsoNormal">On a form, I have some fields (Teacher Code, Subject, Learning Area etc.). This form is based on a Staff table.<u></u><u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I would like to use the form to update the data in the Staff table.
<u></u><u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I want to use a drop down list to select and add an item into the staff table, based upon the current record shown in the form.<u></u><u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">For example, if the record shows the Maths Learning Area, I only want Maths teachers in th<span style="color:#1f497d">e</span> dropdown list. When the record shows the LOTE Learning Area, I only want teachers of LOTE to appear in the drop
down list.<u></u><u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Whilst I have achieved this “manually”, it is neither efficient nor desirable.<u></u><u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">How do I set up my form so that the dropdown list only shows the teachers for that Learning Area for that current record?<u></u><u></u></p>
