<P class=MsoNormal>On a form, I have some fields (Teacher Code, Subject,
Learning Area etc.). This form is based on a Staff table.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>I would like to use the form to update the data in the
Staff table. <o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>I want to use a drop down list to select and add an item
into the staff table, based upon the current record shown in the
form.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>For example, if the record shows the Maths Learning Area, I
only want Maths teachers in th<SPAN style="COLOR: #1f497d">e</SPAN> dropdown
list. When the record shows the LOTE Learning Area, I only want teachers of
LOTE to appear in the drop down list.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Whilst I have achieved this “manually”, it is neither
efficient nor desirable.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>How do I set up my form so that the dropdown list only
shows the teachers for that Learning Area for that current
record?<o:p></o:p></P>
