<p class="MsoNormal">Expression Web 4 is now available as a free download at the bottom of
<a href="http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/expression/cc136510.aspx">http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/expression/cc136510.aspx</a> the rationale is that the structure of the web has changed so much with the advent of smart phones and tablets that MS don’t see
a future in old style web-pages and are pushing Visual Studio. I’m inclined to agree and any work I’m doing with my students is focussed on presenting on a small display using divs that float left, clear right and use 90%of the screen + dark backgrounds that
are easier on battery life.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I’ve attached a PDF I wrote about using Expression Web templates and here is the link to the very nice “Beaches” pair of tutorials from Microsoft. My kids knocked these over in about 5 periods. I suggest you work through them first, EW
is very different to Dreamweaver and is completely standards compliant.<o:p></o:p></p>
