<div><br></div>hi All
<div>I believe they are allowed a dictionary. The exams are proof read by
specialist ESL people at VCAA prior to the sitter vetter.</div>
<div>All answers must be in English since 1991 when someone had to receive a
mark in maths because their answer was correct but in Chinese (Rhombus was
the word in 1990). </div>
<div><br></div>
<div>Ring the VCAA ESL people and ask for the answer in an email.</div>
