Fascinating .. has anybody else use Diaspora?<br><br>On a different slant, has anybody else set up a Facebook page for their school? I have an idea that it may be similar to what many here have done with Wikipedia. I am in non hurry, the school secretary can tip-toe across this line .. just looking for some pointers that can be passed on.<br>

yet I am still waiting to see how easy it is to configure. Also I did<br>
not find the Privacy Policy for this new system. However I did find the<br>

I never let them use cheat sheets, notes or texts; they can't use them<br>
in the exam and U4O2 is prime exam practice.<br>

I find the only time to let them have open book tests is when the books<br>
are pretty well useless anyway.<br>

Open-book tests are not a good practice, I reckon.<br>
The weaker kids spend most of their time desperately looking things up.<br>
The better kids don't use the books because they know the material.<br>
<br>
In short, if they need the books, they're not ready for the test.<br>
