but if a pupil is proficient in html and css, can they create their prototype
website in Notepad (or Vym, or Notepad++ etc). I know the task must be
completed using appropriate software that can create a website, but does that
include something as simple as a text editor or must they use Dreamweaver or
another WYSIWYG type of editor?<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
